Cargo Damage Investigation
The survey includes review of conformity supporting documents, physical verification of containers, by measuring and recording the amount of damage to the container as well as separating/recording damaged goods in it with good goods and checking the conformity of goods with shipping documents. For inspections identified as defects, inspectors will follow specific damage sampling and imaging procedures to check for representative shipment sizes. We have survey experience in various types of commodities, such as Cocoa, Fresh Garlic, Assorted Fruits, C2S Coated Art Paper Gloss, Skimmed Milk Powder, Feed Making Equipment, Bulk Yellow Soybean, Sweet Whey Powder, etc.

MARINE CARGO CONDITION SURVEY
As a third party, we convey the results of observations, supervision and witnesses in the field regarding the actual condition, quality and quantity of the goods to be and/or after being delivered without any pressure or interest from any party to obtain accurate and independent results. In carrying out this survey, we are demanded objectivity that cannot be doubted and is based on adequate professionalism and high integrity, in accordance with its roles, functions and rules.
We have carried out survey work on marine cargo conditions as follows:
Stuffing & Unstuffing Commodities
This survey was conducted to ensure the condition of the goods at that time.
Prior to the unstuffing process, the condition of the seal is checked to ensure that it is correct, intact, in good condition and certified accordingly. Then, t the condition of the container and the goods are checked, surveyors supervise the stuffing and/or unstuffing work, tallying the quantity of goods and promptly offer advice to allay or prevent damages to the goods. After completing the process, the surveyor witnessed that the container door was immediately sealed. We have survey experience in various types of commodities, such as Cocoa.
Loading Lashing
We carry out physical inspections of the containers and goods in them on board the ship/barge at the port of origin based on the condition of the ship and goods as well as to comply with its implementation with applicable regulations to client regulations and assist insurance companies to cover insurance policies proposed by the owner of the goods, the ship’s transporter or the buyer of the cargo. Then, we checked the lashing tools for fastening the ship’s cargo so that it did not move and was safe during the voyage, good and decent and strong in the face of waves and weather during the voyage. We have survey experience on cargo Boat, Tire, Dry Cooler on Flatrack and Open-top container.
